U-Pick Produce

Group of 10 went out here yesterday. Kids were 1 1/2 years to 9 years old. Plus adults. They have a little something for everything. Train ride is good. Pumpkin patch was great. Jumping pillow, slide, apple sling shot, pedal go carts were all a hit with the kids. Petting area was fun too. Great place to spend a day in the Fall.

Visited on a Saturday for my grandson's first birthday party and it was a ton of fun. Our group included children from one to eight and everyone enjoyed the day. Lots of animals including horses, goats, sheep, pigs, turkeys. The pig/goat races were entertaining, and petting zoo a big hit with the kiddos.

I love everything about this place and it's great for ALL ages. The food is great. Tons of fun things to do. We tried the corn maze, which was challenging. We went for a company sponsored trip this time, which was a great idea. We had an allocated area to gather, which was blocked off for parties. We will surely go again this year.

Center Grove Orchard in Cambridge, IA is a fun place for all ages. Fire pits with hostesses are available to rent for parties - grill hot dogs, smores, and play games. I know in the off season they have craft night, ladies night, Breakfast with Santa, and many other events. Every season there have been new improvements made. I have been attending since they opened.

Strawberry Patch

Pick happiness, pick strawberries! Stroll through sun-kissed fields, gather the juiciest berries straight from the vine, and savor the simple joys of farm life. Whether you're filling a basket or just soaking in the experience, there’s nothing sweeter than a day in the patch. Picking hours depend on weather and availability—check our social media for updates. Strawberries may be available in the Country Store as supply allows. Farmyard admission is required to enter the Strawberry Patch. 

Please note that we are closed on Tuesdays.

Let the Good Times flourish in the Sunflower & Zinnia Meadows!

When in bloom, admission includes a hayride to and stroll through our Sunflower & Zinnia Meadow! Once there, pick out a bucket and cut some blooms! 

Sunflowers and Zinnias are expected to bloom late August through September and can be visited during the orchard’s operating hours between 9 AM – 7 PM.

Get lost in the field of flowers and pick your favorite blooms.

Apple picking in our 20-acre Apple Orchard!

Our 20-acre Apple Orchard features more than 34 types of delicious, home-grown apples throughout the season. At Center Grove Orchard, we invite you to experience apple picking first hand. Just purchase your preferred U-Pick bag and fill it up with juicy, perfectly ripe apples!

Admission is required for ages 3 and older to visit the Apple Orchard and includes access to the Farmyard and unlimited CGO Express Train rides.

Pumpkins, and Gourds, Oh My!

In late September through October, Center Grove Orchard has pumpkins and gourds available in our 25-acre patch. Plod through the patch to pick your perfect pumpkin, or pluck one from the preselected pile!

Admission is required for age 3 and older to visit the Pumpkin Patch and includes access to the Farmyard and unlimited CGO Express Train rides.

Pre-picked pumpkins are available outside of admissions area.
