SPACES TO RESERVE
Make your next group event unforgettable at Center Grove Orchard.
Log Cabin
A charming, rustic cabin ideal for private gatherings, seasonal parties, or cozy group celebrations. Seats up to 30 guests and offers warm ambiance just steps from the orchard. Available Fridays–Sundays in September & October for 2-hour reservations—$150 for one time slot or $250 for two consecutive time slots. Farmyard admission required for guests ages 3 and up.
Welcome Porch
A cozy covered space with scenic orchard views—perfect for casual gatherings, group meetups, and weekend fun. Seats up to 30 guests with optional outdoor heaters. Available Saturdays & Sundays from 10 AM–2 PM or 3 PM–7 PM. Farmyard admission required for those entering the activity area.
Group Night Reservations
Celebrate fall with your favorite people! Whether you're planning a birthday party, family reunion, youth group outing, or team event, Group Nights at Center Grove Orchard are the perfect way to gather. Enjoy a cozy campfire, s’mores, scenic surroundings, and exclusive evening access to fall fun. With flexible packages and memorable spaces, we’ll help make your night one to remember.
Pricing and Reservation Information
Group Nights, Campfires, Log Cabin, and Welcome Porch reservations are non-refundable. If the weather is questionable that day, please call ahead as the weather can change within a short time frame or can miss us completely. If the weather changes your plan, we will work with you to reschedule for a later date or carry over your reservation to the next season.
Birthday Party Package
Celebrate your child’s special day with a fun-filled adventure at Center Grove Orchard! From hands-on play to farmyard friends, it’s the perfect place to gather, explore, and make unforgettable memories.
Admissions
Birthday Party Packages include 15 admission tickets valid on the day of your party. Additional guests may purchase admission online in advance or at the gate on the day of your event.

Barn Show Fun!
Make your child the star of the show! During your scheduled Barn Show in Red Rock Arena, they’ll receive a special “Happy Birthday” shoutout and even help with part of the performance.
The Farmyard
The Farmyard offers activities for all ages and is the perfect place to explore, play, learn and spend the day. Explore the Corn Maze, take in a Pig Race, go down a Super Slide—it’s all up to you and it all happens in the Farmyard.

$14.95 per person (minimum of 25 guests). Groups under 25 are welcome for a flat rate of $350.75.

Can we bring in our own food?
Outside food is allowed, but catering is available through our food venues.
Is admission included in gathering space rentals?
Admission is separate and required for all guests entering the Farmyard.
Can we reserve a space to gather as a group?
Yes! Options include the Welcome Porch, Log Cabin, or a Campfire Site.

Do you have any questions?
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD?
Yes, outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
DOES CENTER GROVE ORCHARD ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERING SERVICES?
If you plan to use an outside catering service (i.e. you are paying someone to prepare food for and/or serve food to your group), you must register the caterer when booking your event. An outside catering fee of $200 must be paid in full prior to your event. Center Grove Orchard staff will need to be alerted so that they can direct the caterer to your site or deliver the catering to your site.
Outside caterers absolutely may not drive to the campfire sites unless accompanied by CGO staff.
CATERING CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy applies to the agreed upon price on the food for your event.
- Cancelled more than 14 days in advance of your event – no fees will be charged.
- Cancelled between 3 and 14 days prior to your event – 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancelled between 1 and 3 days prior to your event – 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event – 100% cancellation fee.
Weather-Related Cancellations
- Cancelled 1–2 days prior to the event – 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event – 50% cancellation fee.
We understand that life happens and weather can be unpredictable. Please understand that all cancellations and fees will be subject to management review and approval.
WHAT IS THE CATERING SERVICE FEE?
A 10% catering service fee will be added to any event that has 50 or more guests.
