What is Farm Camp?
Farm Camp is a week-long summer day camp that offers an opportunity to educate children about farm life while fostering friendships and cultivating a passion for farming!

Campers will experience hands-on fun and have the opportunity to:
- Care for animals - feeding, training, and cleaning
- Learn about growing crops - riding hayride to fields to examine plants, soil, and weeds
- Explore the farm and the environment including creeks and ponds
- Discover the by-products of many crops—corn, soybeans, pumpkins, apples, cherries, and strawberries.
- Connect the importance of science to agriculture
- Play - enjoying our fun activities such as our Super Slides, Jumping Pillows, and more!

What does Farm Camp cost?
$195 per child for Session 1 (3-day camp)
- $170 for each additional sibling in the same week
$325 per child, per week for Sessions 2, 3, 4, & 5
- $300 for each additional sibling in the same week

Who can participate in Farm Camp?
Farm Camp is designed for children ages 6 to 11 years of age (at the time of camp).
Registration
Registration for Farm Camp involves a 2-step process and is not complete until you complete the two steps:
1. Purchase online tickets (on this page)
2. Complete Camper Information forms
Once you purchase a ticket for Farm Camp you will have two weeks to complete the Camper Information Form. Registration is not complete until both items are received. If both process are not completed within the two week time frame, your payment will be fully refunded.
You will be notified by email when a registration is fully completed
(payment has been received and forms accepted).

Important Camper Information
- All sessions will run from 9 AM to 4 PM.
- Campers may be dropped off starting at 8:30 AM.
- Parents will need to pick up their campers at 4 PM or receive a $20 late for each 15 minutes late.
- Farm Camp will begin each day at the Admission Bins and end in the Hay Café.
- Campers should bring a sack lunch and snacks, a large water bottled, and sunscreen with them each day.
- Campers should wear a hat, sensible clothes, sunscreen, and closed-toe shoes and bring swimsuits/ trunks for water play.

2024 Refund Policy
Up to 4 weeks before the first day of your session:
- Registration is 100% refundable, less a $25 processing fee per camp.
- You may instead transfer the amount paid to a later session this year, if space is available. Or, you may sell your spot to another camper. There is no processing free for these options.
From 4 weeks before and up to 8 days before your session:
- Registration is 50% refundable; no additional processing fee.
- You may instead transfer the amount paid to a later session this year, if space is available. Or, you may sell your spot to another camper. There is no processing fee for these options.
Beginning 1 week before and up to the first day of your session:
- Refunds are not available, though you may transfer the amount paid to a later session this year, if space is available. Or, you may sell your spot to another camper. There is no processing fee for these options.
We understand that life can throw curve balls and we are all about family, so we reserve the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or transfer, you must email farmcamp@centergroveorchard.com

Camper Forms & Information
IRS Form W-10 (if you claim Child and Dependent Care Credit)
- This is for you to keep for your tax records; a copy will also be included in your Welcome Letter to be sent a few weeks before camp begins.
Camper Information Forms must be completed here, no later than 2 weeks after you purchase your ticket online, for registration to be finalized.
Welcome Letters will be sent by email a few weeks prior to the start of camp.
