Farm Camp at Center Grove Orchard
Farm Camp is a summer day camp where kids learn by doing. Campers spend their days caring for animals, exploring the farm, discovering how food grows, and enjoying plenty of time to play. Through hands-on activities and guided exploration, children build friendships, confidence, and a deeper connection to farming and the outdoors—all while having fun.

Who can participate in Farm Camp?
Farm Camp is designed for children ages 6 to 11 years of age (at the time of camp).
How do I register my camper?
Registration for Farm Camp involves a 2-step process and is not complete until you complete the two steps:
1. Purchase online ticket (using Register Now button on this page).
2. Complete Camper Information Form.
Once you purchase a ticket for Farm Camp you will have two weeks to complete the Camper Information Form. Registration is not complete until both items are received. If both are not completed within the two-week time frame, your registration may be cancelled and your payment fully refunded.
You will be notified by email when a registration is fully completed (i.e. payment has been received and forms accepted).
What is the Refund Policy?
Up to 4 weeks before the first day of your session:
- Registration is 100% refundable, less a $25 processing fee per camp.
- You may instead transfer the amount paid to a later session this year, if space is available. Or, you may sell your spot to another camper. There is no processing fee for these options.
From 4 weeks before and up to 8 days before your session:
- Registration is 50% refundable; no additional processing fee.
- You may instead transfer the amount paid to a later session this year, if space is available. Or, you may sell your spot to another camper. There is no processing fee for these options.
Beginning 1 week before and up to the first day of your session:
- Refunds are not available, though you may transfer the amount paid to a later session this year, if space is available. Or, you may sell your spot to another camper. There is no processing fee for these options.
We understand that life can throw curve balls and we are all about family, so we reserve the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or transfer, you must email farmcamp@centergroveorchard.com
What should we know before arrival?
- Sessions 1, 2, 3 & 6, will run from 9 AM to 4 PM.
- Sessions 4 & 7 will run from 8:30 AM to 12 PM.
- Session 5 will run from 1 PM to 4:30 PM.
- Campers may be dropped off starting 30 minutes before start time.
- Parents must pick up campers at their session’s scheduled end time (4:00 PM, 12:00 PM, or 4:30 PM). A $20 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
- Farm Camp will begin each day at the Admission Bins and end in the Hay Café.
- Campers should bring a sack lunch and snacks, a large water bottle, and sunscreen each day.
- Campers should wear a hat, sensible clothes, sunscreen, and closed-toe shoes and bring swimsuits/trunks for water play.
