Bakery Order FAQs

Can I pick up before November 26?

Yes. Just give us a call at 515-383-4354 to place your order. Do not place your order online. You’ll pay in the Country Store when you pick it up. Please note, we need a 2-day notice for all baked goods.

When do I pick up my online bakery order?

Bakery orders will be ready for pick up in the Country Store on November 26 between 10 AM - 6 PM. Please come prepared with your 6-digit order number.

How do I pick up my order?

Bring your order number (the 6-digit code from your confirmation email) with you. When you arrive at the Country Store, provide it to our staff so that they can find the correct order.

Will I receive a notification when my order is ready to pick up?

You should receive an email the day before your order is ready. But if you do not receive an email, your order will be ready for pickup between 10 and 6 on November 26.
