Volunteer at Center Grove Orchard

The weekends are our busiest days of the season, often times it is difficult to have enough employees available during those times. Receiving help from volunteer groups makes such a positive impact on our organization. With the help we receive from volunteers we are able to provide a happier work environment for our staff and a better experience for our guests. Through this opportunity volunteers will bond with each other and make new friends in a fast-paced, fun work environment all while raising contributions for their cause and helping us create memories that last a lifetime.

The Details

Age requirement

Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.

Number of People Needed

There is a potential for six groups of eight individuals per shift.

Hours

We offer two shifts: 10 AM - 3:30 PM and 3 - 8 PM.

Payment

Your group will receive $14 an hour for each volunteer that completes a shift.

HOW CAN OUR ORGANIZATION PARTICIPATE IN FUNDRAISING?

We're delighted that you're interested in FUNdraising with us! To get started, please click the button above to sign up for the available volunteer shifts. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for recruiting eight volunteers per shift.

WHAT TYPES OF ORGANIZATIONS ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUNDRAISING?

We welcome a wide range of organizations, including schools, community groups, and nonprofits. If you have a cause and a group of passionate individuals, we would love to have you FUNdraise with us!

WHAT DOES FUNDRAISING INVOLVE?

FUNdraising at Center Grove Orchard involves your group volunteering for a minimum of a 5-hour shift during our September or October weekends. Your group can assist at a variety of locations including Admissions, the Country Store, across the Farmyard, and in the Food Venues. In return, your organization will earn funds based on the number of volunteer hours worked.

ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR VOLUNTEERS PARTICIPATING?

Yes, volunteers must be at least 16 years old to participate in FUNdraising activities at Center Grove Orchard. We prioritize safety and want to ensure a positive experience for all participants.

HOW ARE THE FUNDS DISTRIBUTED TO OUR ORGANIZATION?

We provide funds to your organization based on the number of volunteer hours completed by your group members. Detailed information on the FUNdraising compensation structure will be provided upon signing up.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED?

Each group participating in FUNdraising is required to recruit a minimum of eight members per shift of their choice.

CAN VOLUNTEERS FROM OUR GROUP PARTICIPATE IN MULTIPLE SHIFTS OR DAYS?

Absolutely! We appreciate the dedication and commitment of volunteers. If your group is available and willing, you can sign up for multiple shifts or even participate on different days throughout the Fall Season. However, please keep in mind that you are required to have eight members per shift.
