Our Fall Harvest Season is filled with families making memories, and volunteer groups play an important role in bringing those experiences to life. Your time and energy help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for thousands of guests throughout the season. Volunteering is fast-paced, fun for friends and group members, and a great way to bond while raising contributions for your cause and helping us create memories that last a lifetime.
Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.
There is a potential for up to 15 total volunteers per shift.
Your group will receive $14 an hour for each volunteer that completes a shift.
Weekends in October.
Saturday shifts: 10 AM-4:30 PM and 4-9 PM
Sunday shifts: 10 AM-3:30 PM and 3-8 PM

Reach out with any questions and—when you're ready—complete the orientation, training and application, and then select your shift!
✅ Expect to spend 15-20 minutes on the process as it includes orientation and training information. You must complete the process in one sitting; it cannot be saved and returned to later.
Are you a group leader? You'll enter names and email addresses for your group members during the process, and then they will complete the remainder on their own.

FUNdraising at Center Grove Orchard involves your group volunteering for one of two different shift times (Saturdays: 10-4:30 & 4-9 and Sundays: 10-3:30 & 3-8) during our October weekends. Your group may assist at a variety of locations including food venues, Admissions, the Country Store, and across the Farmyard. In return, your organization will earn funds based on the number of volunteer hours worked.

We provide funds to your organization based on the number of volunteer hours completed by your group members. Detailed information on the FUNdraising compensation structure will be provided upon signing up.

Absolutely! We appreciate the dedication and commitment of volunteers. If your group is available and willing, you can sign up for multiple shifts or even participate on different days throughout the fall season.
