New to Country Corner this season, Clyde's Corn Crib is already turning heads. Tucked out near the Honey Beeline and the You-Pick fields, it's the kind of spot where you stumble across something unexpected and end up coming back for more. The menu leans into fun — think loaded fries, corn dogs, and Poffertjes — bite-sized Dutch pancakes that people can't stop talking about once they've tried one.
Open in Spring and Fall, primarily on weekends and high-attendance days. Hours vary based on attendance and staffing. Farm admission required.

Loaded Fries — Fries piled high with pulled pork, melted cheese, diced apples, green onion, jalapeños, crema, and salsa. Equal parts wild and delicious. You'll want a fork.
Poffertjes — Classic Dutch mini pancakes, made fresh and finished with your choice of topping. Light, airy, and completely addictive. Once you try one, you'll understand the hype.

Pulled Pork Sandwich — Tender pulled pork served on a bun with fries. A hearty, satisfying meal after a morning in the fields.
Corn Dogs — A classic done right.
