Spring on the Farm
Mid-April through Mid-June — Opening Day Follows the Tulips
Spring doesn't start on a calendar here — it starts when the tulips say so. When our fields burst into bloom, we open the gates. That's typically somewhere between mid and late April. The season wraps when our strawberry crop winds down, usually by mid-June. We'll always keep you posted on our social media and calendar.
The Tulip Field
Over 400,000 tulips across 4 acres — and growing. Wander through sweeping displays packed with photo ops, or head into the You-Pick section and bring a bouquet home. Peak bloom is the best time to visit, so follow us for daily field updates.
Baby Animal Days
The heartbeat of spring. Baby Animal Days runs the full season, from first bloom to last berry. Early to mid-May brings the biggest variety — Goats, Lambs, Scottish Highland Calves, Piglets, Puppies, Kittens, Bunnies, Chicks, Ducks, Ponies, Cows, and Donkeys. Some of the best moments on the farm don't happen on a slide — they happen right here.
Strawberry U-Pick
When the berries are ready, the 4-acre field opens for You-Pick. Fill your container, eat a few along the way — nobody's counting. Field conditions are updated regularly, so check before you come.
Farmyard Fun
The full farm is open, including the Jumping Pillow, Black Gold Super Slide, and CGO Express train. (The Corn Maze, Hay Maze, and Straw Pyramid are fall-only attractions.)
Spring Flavors
Our Hay Cafe and Bakery lean into the season with strawberry-inspired treats — Strawberry Shortcake, Strawberry Mudslide, Strawberry Donuts, Strawberry Bread, and more. Don't miss the Poffertjies out in Clyde's Corn Crib — our spring-season Dutch mini-pancakes that earn a following every year. Fresh-squeezed lemonade, Apple Cider Donuts, Strawberry inspired Shake-Ups and all your farm favorites round out the menu.
Admission is required for guests ages 3 and up. The farm is always closed Tuesdays. Check our calendar for current hours and opening day announcements.
