Give your child a summer filled with hands-on learning, outdoor adventure, and farm fun. Farm Camp at Center Grove Orchard connects kids with animals, crops, and nature through guided activities led by our dedicated camp staff.
Our farm camp is designed to provide children with a fun and educational experience that fosters a love for nature and agriculture. From feeding animals to planting seeds, campers participate in activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and a deeper understanding of where their food comes from.
Each day brings new adventures across the orchard — with plenty of time to play, explore, and make memories with new friends. Our experienced camp staff keeps every session safe, engaging, and full of farm discovery.
Through a mix of structured activities and free play, campers will have the opportunity to explore the farm, interact with animals, and learn about the importance of agriculture.
Safety is our top priority at Center Grove Orchard. We have a number of measures in place to ensure that all campers have a safe and enjoyable experience, including:
Interested in becoming a future Farm Camp Counselor? Our Junior Farm Camp Counselor program is designed for teens who want to develop leadership skills, gain experience working with children, and learn the foundations of farm education.
Junior Counselors work alongside our Farm Camp Counselors, helping with activities, assisting campers, and learning what it takes to create a fun, safe, and engaging camp experience. Throughout the program, participants will build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and gain hands-on leadership experience in a farm setting.
Beginning in 2027, scholarship opportunities will be available for qualifying participants. Additional details will be announced at a later date.
The Junior Farm Camp Counselor program is a great opportunity for young leaders who enjoy working with others, learning new skills, and sharing the farm experience with the next generation of campers.
Dress your camper for a full day outdoors. We recommend comfortable, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, and a hat. Clothes may get dirty during farm activities, so please avoid anything you would not want stained. Pack a light jacket for cooler mornings.
Please send a labeled water bottle, sunscreen, and a nut-free lunch and snacks unless otherwise noted in your session confirmation. We provide all activity supplies. Leave toys and electronics at home so campers can stay fully engaged.
