The more the merrier! Discounts for large groups are available when purchased in a single transaction. Admission vouchers are a great way to add a personal touch to your event. Each event leader will receive a customized voucher for their event that they will then pass out to each of their guests. We strive to provide a memorable experience for each group. With a variety of food venues there is something for everyone!
One way to offer individuality within your event is to provide meal vouchers for each member attending. Meal vouchers may be redeemed for any meal combo at the Hay Cafe*, Feed Bunk*, and Shucks.* Adult meal vouchers are $9.95 while child meal vouchers are $5.95. Meal vouchers are available for events when purchased in a single transaction.
Vouchers can be customized for sweet treats as well! Contact us to create a custom voucher for your event.
In addition to meal vouchers, we also offer catering.* Welcome Porch reservations have the capability to have their meal catered directly on the porch. Catered meals for events with 20 guests or more will receive a private line at the Feed Bunk.

We strongly encourage groups to have a “Home Base” for their event. Two available options are to reserve the Welcome Porch or a Campfire site. We do have picnic tables around the farm, however, we cannot guarantee availability.
If your group or event is in need of additional supplies such as tables, chairs, heaters, etc., please include that in your request below. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes, outside food and nonalcoholic beverages are permitted.
If you plan to use an outside catering service (i.e. you are paying someone to prepare food for and/or serve food to your group), you must register the caterer when booking your event. An outside catering fee of $200 must be paid in full prior to your event. Center Grove Orchard staff will need to be alerted so that they can direct the caterer to your site or deliver the catering to your site. Outside caterers absolutely may not drive to the campfire sites unless accompanied by CGO staff.
The cancellation policy applies to the agreed upon price on the food for your event.

We understand that life happens and weather can be unpredictable. Please understand that all cancellations and fees will be subject to management review and approval.
A 10% catering service fee will be added to any event that has 50 or more guests.
Absolutely! We can provide vouchers for pumpkins, donuts, caramel apples, etc. Specify your request in the inquiry form above.
