Farm Camp 2020 Refund Policy:
We understand the many challenges posed to families due to the current public health crisis. The safety and economic concerns of our communities are our top priority. At the same time, we want to do what we can to offer you and your children things to look forward to. To that end, we are hoping to hold later sessions of Farm Camp while remaining open to the need to cancel for this year. We will always stay in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines on gatherings and social distancing. In addition, we have completely loosened our refund policy to:
- offer full refunds in case sessions are postponed and your camper is, for any reason, unable to attend at the rescheduled times,
- offer full refunds in case cancellation of Farm Camp 2020 is necessary,
- refund requests must be received no later than the day prior to your session’s start date.
We will continue to monitor directives regarding public health and will communicate changes on the Special Events page of our website and via email to those registered.
We understand that life can throw curve balls and we are all about family, so we reserve the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or transfer, you must email [email protected]
Camper Forms & Information:
