Farm Camp 2020 – Camper Information


Please Note:  Information for registered campers will be added to this page—what to wear/bring to camp, when to arrive, forms needed, refund policy, etc. In the meantime, please see the registration page for details. 

Addendum to Refund Policy:

We understand the many challenges posed to families due to the current public health crisis. The safety and economic concerns of our communities are our top priority. At the same time, we want to do what we can to offer you and your children things to look forward to. To that end, we are still planning to hold Farm Camp and are remaining open to the need to postpone and reschedule sessions or otherwise adapt the experience. We will always stay in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines on gatherings and social distancing. Beyond that, we will adjust our refund policy to:

We will continue to monitor directives regarding public health and, in case of any impact on camp, will communicate changes on the Special Events page of our website and via email to those registered.

 

Refund Policy:

From now up to 2 weeks before the first day of your session:
Beginning 3 weeks before and up to 1 week before the first day of your session:
Beginning 1 week before and up to the first day of your session:
We understand that life can throw curve balls and we are all about family, so we reserve the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or transfer, you must email [email protected].
